Description:

1. Composite insulators are composed of FRP rod, silicone rubber shed and metal fitting.

We use the complete injection technology to slove the problem of interface electric puncture

which highly affect the reliability of composite insulator. To connect the fitting and the core rod,

we adopt the crimping technology. We have full automatic sound wave detection testing system.

Difference between high voltage electrical station post insulator and line post insulator, pin post insulator:

1. station post insulator is used on substations, and some other post insulator is used on electrical apparatus, such as switch, switchgear.

line post insulator and pin post insulator is used on transmission and distribution lines.

2. Line post insulator and pin post insulator can only reach 132KV voltage, but station post insulator, no matter composite type or porcelain type, can be used on any voltage until 800KV.

3. Electrical post insulator with end fittings at two ends, cap or flange, but line post insulator only with cap, and the other end can be tie top porcelain head or clamps.

4. Station post insulator can be used stack assembled with other stack, but line post insulator can't.
