Aluminium Anchoring Clamp for LV ABC Fittings Lines with Insulated Neutral Messenger

1. PAL type 
 
The clamps are designed to anchor LV ABC lines with neutral messenger.
 
The clamp consists of an aluminium alloy open the body with two self - adjusting insulating plastic wedges ensuring the clamping of the neutral messenger without damaging cable insulation. 
 
The unloosable stainless steel flexible bail equipped with an movable insulating wear resistant saddle and two sleeves compressed on the ends to be locked on the clamp body.
 
The saddle can allows installations of up to 3 clamps on a bracket. 
 
The clamp and the bracket are available separately and together as assembly.
 
Maximum line deviation angles of 50 for single and 100 for double anchoring and it's tool free installation and no losable parts,
 
The universal fixing of bracket by 2 bolts or stainless steel steaps of 20*0.7mm
 

 
2. PALT type 
 
These clamps are designed to anchor LV insulated overhead lines with insulated neutral messenger.
 
The clamp is composed of a body in aluminium alloy die casted and anti UV black resistant plastic wedges slide inside the body to grip the conductor.
 
A flexible stainless steel or galvanized steel type bail protected by a plastic saddle permits the fixation to the bracket.
 
The bracket in aluminium alloy die casted can  be fixed to the poles with 2 bolts M14 or with stainless steel straps of 20*0.7mm
 
The clamp body in aluminium alloy resists to temperature variations and climatic conditions.
 
These products are delivered either single clamp PA or bracket CA ,assembled ( clamp + bracket ) with 1.2 or 3 clamps.
 
The bracket is the standard with two holes.
 

 
3.EAS type Anchoring Assemblies
 
The anchor assemblies was consist bracket and one or two dead end clamp .Universal fixing of bracker by 2 bolts M14 or M16 or stainless steel straps of 20*0.7mm.Bracket made of corrosion resistant aluminium alloy
